Photo, Video, and Media Release

By registering for the Epic Allegheny Odyssey, I grant the Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry & Tourism ("ORA") and its contracted service providers the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, and capture my name, likeness, image, voice, and participation, and to use, edit, distribute, and display such materials in any media for promotional, educational, archival, and commercial purposes. All such materials are the sole property of ORA and the contracted service provider, who retain all rights and copyrights, and I waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for their use. I release and hold harmless ORA, its contracted service providers, employees, partners, and sponsors from all claims arising from the capture or use of such materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, or my parent or legal guardian has registered on my behalf and consents on the same terms. This release is binding on me, my heirs, and assigns.
